| Additional bed | Children up to the age of 12 sleep in their parents' bed free of charge. A baby crib costs € 10.00 per night. For children up to the age of 12, an extra bed costs € 10.00 per night. For children aged 13 and over, an extra bed costs € 30.00 per night. |
| Air conditioning | Air conditioning is available in most rooms. Please ask at reception, or make a request directly when booking. |
| Airport transfer | We will be happy to order you a cab to the train station in Giessen or to Frankfurt Airport. |
| Barrier-free room | Unfortunately, we do not have barrier-free rooms. |
| Bathropes | Bathrobes are available in the rooms. There is no rental fee. |
| Breakfast | Our breakfast times: Monday – Friday: 6:30 – 10:00 am Saturday: 7:00 – 10:30 am Sunday/Public holidays: 7:00 – 10:00 am We are pleased to inform you that we offer a selection of drinks and delicious pastries before our regular breakfast times. |
| Check-in/Check-out | Your room will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am. |
| Dinner | Our restaurant is open for dinner Monday to Sunday from 6 pm to 9:30 pm. We also offer our small evening menu with tarte flambée, pizza and filled baguettes 24 hours a day. |
| Early Check-in | Early check-in is possible subject to availability, for which we charge € 30.00. |
| E-charging station | You will find 4 electric charging stations in the parking lot. These are available to our guests, plus the parking costs. Click here for more information. |
| Electric kettle | There is a kettle with a small coffee and tea station in every room. |
| Gym area | Unfortunately, there is no gym at the hotel. You can get a map with nice running routes at reception. |
| Hairdryer | All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. |
| Late breakfast | Late breakfasts are not possible on Sundays after 10:00 am, as our Sunday brunch starts at 10:30 am. We are happy to offer you our brunch upgrade from 10:30 a.m. for €18.50 per person. Late check-out is also included. |
